ABOUT ME
For more than fifteen years, I have had the opportunity to work with clients in both clinical and research settings. I have provided clinical care spanning inpatient to outpatient and residential levels of care. I have been in Private Practice since 2008. I offer my clients an individualized approach, using a combination of coaching dynamics, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, depending on the clients' needs.
